Veteran Resume Services
As a veteran spouse and veteran recruiter, I am proud to work with transitioning services members, veterans, and their families. I draw upon my experiences as a veteran recruiter and working with vets gives me a huge sense of purpose and fulfillment.
Because here’s the thing:
Organizations want veterans like you. They want you for who you are, your unique skillsets, your values, and your commitment to your country.
As a recruiter, there are many hiring teams who say “Veterans get an automatic interview.” or “Send along any veteran resumes without screening.”
Your skills are valuable outside of the armed forces.
And there are many organizations who can’t wait to meet with you.
Transitioning Active Duty Service Members - Veteran Resume Services
Active duty service members transitioning into the civilian workforce:
Are you worried that a civilian will struggle to understand your experiences?
Are you at a loss for how to word your experiences in non-military jargon?
Are you completely overwhelmed with this whole resume thing (and frankly, the entire transition process)?
Whether you’re transitioning for personal reasons, med boarding, or retiring, The Resume Fox will share your military experiences in a language that recruiters will easily understand and think, “Wow, their experiences would be perfect here.”

Cassie, Transitioning Army Officer, Field Artillery (4ID)
“As I start my transition out of the military, facing the civilian world is terrifying. The Resume Fox took a huge thing off my plate by creating a beautiful resume for me. She was able to clearly articulate exactly what I will be able to offer my next employer and gave me hope for my future. If you are questioning if a veteran resume service is worth it, it completely is.”
What makes veteran resume services different?
To start, we will compile your documentation to create your timeline.
And you have a leg up, because military organizations are great at documentation.
You know, all that paperwork that’s sitting in the trunk of your car?
Or is that just my husband? 😅🤦🏻♀️
Regardless of it’s organization (or disorganization, in my husband’s case), this documentation will give us a great starting point. Think OERs, NCOERs, ORBs, ERBs, and even DD-214s.
I told you, I was a military spouse for a while. I know my stuff.
And I will look through these documents on my own. No action needed from you.
Then, it’s pretty hands off. I’ll enhance your experiences, explain your outcomes, and translate them into easily digestible language that leaves your readers wanting more.

Military Spouse Resumes
Military Spouse Resumes
Military spouses, are you worried about putting all those jobs on your resume and being asked “why did you move so much?”
Lol, same.
I’ve been the military spouse who adjusted her career for her family, took time off, and pivoted drastically.
I understand how challenging, unsettling, and uncertain the job search process can feel as a military spouse moving every 3 years (or 3 in 3, like we did) 🫠
To put your mind at ease:
“Traditional” career paths are a thing of the past.
Every single person has a unique career path, including military spouses.
I will highlight your career changes in a way that's compelling and emphasizes your skills, while de-emphasizing 6 month gaps for PCSes, parental leave, and time off to just breathe.
Your resume will protect you from bias while remaining open and honest about your experiences.
I was a military spouse for 8 years until 2023 when my husband, Matthew, transitioned out of the Army. We met in high school, did the long distance thing during college, got married, still did the long distance thing (IYKYK), endured deployment and too many training rotations to count, and PCSed 3 times in 3 years. 🙃
Matthew’s time in the Army allowed me to grow personally and for us to grow as a couple. I can say with certainty that I would not be the person or the business owner I am today without the lessons and opportunities the Army afforded us.
While my story is special to me, it is not uncommon.
Military spouses are some of the hardest working, diligent, and strongest people I know.
As my grandfather would say, we have chutzpah.
Share your unique military spouse experiences on your resume.
